Dennis Mwirigi is an accomplished business leader with 25+ years’ experience in governance, risk management, finance, audit, compliance, stakeholder management, and operations. 

Dennis holds a Master’s in Business Leadership from UNISA and professional certifications including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). 

He has worked globally with organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coca-Cola Sabco, Finlays and Flamingo in senior management and executive roles, including Group Head of Internal Audit, Finance Director and Managing Director of a business division. Dennis serves on a number of boards for both Kenyan and Multinational companies. These include Flamingo horticulture kenya ltd, Greenblade Ltd, Fresh Produce Exporters of Kenya, Muthaiga golf club and Exact experiential company ltd. 

A results-driven leader, Dennis has consistently delivered financial improvements, enhanced governance structures, and led strategic stakeholder initiatives.

Dennis is a member of ICPAK and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
